Working on paper and wood panels, you’ll explore layering, mark-making, and texture using both familiar and unexpected materials. You’re welcome to follow your own ideas, or be gently guided through prompts and compositions designed to spark curiosity.
An introduction to layering and surface-building techniques, including creating and using your own handmade collage papers
Hands-on experimentation with a wide range of materials such as acrylics, inks, pastels, new tools, brushes, and found objects
Learning how to combine techniques intuitively to create joyful pieces
This is a relaxed, playful session focused on exploration rather than perfection and is ideal for anyone looking to reconnect with their creativity and try something new.
